For those who are new to the club or paying a visit for the first time. The Club holds it's meetings on the second floor of the Carl Black dealership the 2nd Saturday of each month, at 6pm. If you come out and don't see any club members standing around outside, then they are upstair in the meeting room. Do not count on the Carl Black employees always being aware we are there holding a meeting. Sometimes the employees are new and ignorant of the fact we hold meetings there.

Yes, we actually hold real meetings, the WTW is no fly by night car club... Unlike some clubs you may have been associated with in the past, the WTW cares about it's members and their input. We don't just stand around in some parking lot making decisions that effect all it's members. We conduct ourselves in a professional manner as an organized club, our meetings are extemely important to us. It's afterwards we go out an play and misbehave

So, if you are arriving for the meeting, proceed straight ahead as you enter the property. Drive past the service center write up overhang area and park in the back on the right side. (You may or may not see our Pontiac's there depending upon the weather conditions but I assure you that we are there...) Then walk into the dealership's main display room. If you look along the wall to the left of the mounted Longhorn Bull's head you will see a row of glass windows on the second floor on the east side of the building. We meet upstairs at 6pm just ask a Carl Black employee where's the elevator. When you get out of the elevator on the second floor make an immediate right into what looks like a small room. In that room you will see another doorway proceed through it and you will enter into a large meeting room.

The reason for this post is because from our vantage point during our meetings we have witneesed Pontiac owners come through the parking lot, then leave not knowing where we are and we apologise for this. We are working to have a sign made to place outside so that newbies/vistors can locate us more easily...



(Note: There is no meeting at Carl Blacks in August, when the club attends the New Syrmna cruise in)
