Well what is it exactly that you noticed different? Performance improvements are better along the curve than just peak HP gains.

From what I've read some tuners are worthless and in fact hurt performance (Hypertech for one example). The ones I hear compliments most about are the Crane and Pedator. Needless to say at best about 10-15 Hp is all that can be expected...

From my experience only about 20 Hp gains are the ones you can really feel. So if your tune got you in the 15hp mark that would be close enough for you to notice a difference, I would think?

So, what kind of difference did you notice?

We're waiting.

Have not had it on the dyno yet. What I noticed was a stronger low end, 1st to 2nd shift was crisper and broke the tires loose to the point the Trac Control kicked in, and that was not WOT. At about 60 mph and WOT , the downshift was crisp again.
So far only 1 test drive of about 20 min.

Cool bro. Now you just need to kill the trac control, only wussies need the trac control on. The only traction control you need is your right foot.

Yea kill the traction control... (SLP sells a device that keeps it from coming on unless you activate it to come on... Now that being said the SLP device does work on the 01-02 cars despite what you may have heard. However, it sometimes doesn't work as it should if you start and shut your car off over a few short periods of time. These quick starts and off seem to foul it up from doing what it's suppose to do. I think it's because there is some residual power still left in the system and it won't allow it to work as it should. In those rare instances all you have to do is click the button and the traction control is off once again.)

Nevertheless, I do use the traction control whenever I get caught out in a rain storm, otherwise the thing stays off.

If you where to estimate it in horsepower, how much of a difference? 310hp to 330 is my guess.

Funny you should mention that... I almost used that in my previous post as an example of how the thing will foul up if you start and stop the engine in a very short period of time. If you remember that was the day we were shuffling cars around to get photos at mcNamara.

If only Superchips would make a device for the Solstice. I mean heck they're just north of us in Sanford. I offered to bring my base Solstice in to let them develop on it, but they said they wouldn't do it because there weren't enough cars to make enough profit off of...
