Well what is it exactly that you noticed different? Performance improvements are better along the curve than just peak HP gains.
From what I've read some tuners are worthless and in fact hurt performance (Hypertech for one example). The ones I hear compliments most about are the Crane and Pedator. Needless to say at best about 10-15 Hp is all that can be expected...
From my experience only about 20 Hp gains are the ones you can really feel. So if your tune got you in the 15hp mark that would be close enough for you to notice a difference, I would think?
